疼痛
[00:01:41]There is a phrase no pain no gain,it’s used a lot by coaches ,teachers, and parents.
有一句话就是没有痛苦就没有收获,许多教练、教师及家长都在使用它。
[00:09:46]The idea is that good things don’t come easily ,we have to work for them ,the more we invest the big we reward,so pain could be mental or physical .
