On April 3, 2011 in LAS VEGAS, the winners have been announced for the 46th ANNUAL ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS.A star-studded ceremony attracted large numbers of fans to Las Vegas who named Taylor Swift Entertainer of the Year, the evening’s biggest honor.

This is the first year that Taylor Swift has been named Entertainer of the Year. This year marked a record breaking year with nearly 600,000 fans casting their vote for Entertainer of the Year, making it the largest vote ever for this category.
这次提名是泰勒•斯维夫特首度提名年度艺人奖，同时今年参与投票的歌迷达到了60万人，创下了评选规模最大的一次。
Swift is the eighth and youngest female to take the award in the 40 year history of this category. Accepting her award, 21 - year- old Taylor Swift said she was "just losing my mind". "The fact that this is from the fans makes it so special," she added.

At the same year her self -titled debut album Taylor Swift was released with a high rank on the Billboard 200 and sold 39,000 copies during the first week.
