A fish swimming just below the surface creates tell-tale ripples

and that is all the bat needs to detect them.

and soon, other bats arrive.

Oncoming traffic would make grabbing a fish almost impossible,

so the bats avoid collisions by honking -
所以牛头犬蝠 会按喇叭避免对撞
dropping their calls an octave to say, "Look out, here I come!"
发出低八度音的叫声 就表示“小心，我来了”
