JJ: Hey, Xiao Gao, what cha up to? Did I catch you at a bad time?
京晶：嘿，小高，在干嘛呢？我打扰你了吗？
XG: No, I’m just rehearsing for an American Idol audition.
小高：没呢。我正在排练呢，我要参加美国偶像的一个海选。
JJ: Really? Cool! What song are you gonna sing? I wanna hear!
京晶：啊？真的吗？你打算唱什么歌呢？
XG: Okay, are you ready? Here it goes: [start to sing somewhere over the rainbow…]
小高：你准备好了吗？我这就唱给你听：（开始唱…在彩虹之上，有个很高的地方 …）
JJ: Uh… Xiao Gao…? Are you serious?
京晶：嗯……这个…那个…小高, 你开玩笑呢吧？
XG: Well… what did you think? How was it?
小高：说说你觉得怎么样吧？唱得如何？
JJ: How do you think you did?
京晶：那你觉得你表现得如何？
XG: On a scale of one to ten, I think I was probably an 8.5.
小高：如果满分10分的话，我觉得我的表现达到了8.5。
JJ: Um… Xiao Gao… I think you might be delusional! I would say a -8.5 is more like it!
京晶：这个…小高，我觉得你可能有点异想天开了, 也许负8.5更接近你的真实水准吧！
XG: You’re just jealous! You wish you had skills like me!
