we're going to start today by preparing the glasses

I have 1 cup of melted dark cocoa candy melts and about a third of a cup of pink sparkling sugars

take the glass and dip the rim of it in the candy melt

now this recipe makes about four milkshakes that's why we're going to do 1 strawberrie per glass

the great thing about the melting pot is I can take out the pot and kind of lean it over

next we're going to make those delicious mini donuts

so we're going to start with a quarter cup of cake flour sifted

and then we have a quarter of a cup of cocoa powder also sift in，

we have three tablespoons of sugar，

now we're going to add our wet ingredients

and then we want to mix it together just until it's combined you want to make sure you don't over mix it that will make your donuts tough

now that our batter is ready we're going to go ahead and scoop it into our mini donut pan

now the great thing about this recipe is that it makes exactly 12 mini donuts

now I'm going to spray my pan with a little bit of Bakey Easy

I'm going to use two spoons to scoop my batter into the cavities

now this part may get a little messy

but don't worry baking supposed to be a little messy and fun

alright just make sure you leave the hole in the center uncovered

we're going to bake these in the oven at 425 for 6 to 7 minutes

once your doughnuts are baked and cooled we're make the glaze to go on top of them

for this you're going to need half a cup of powdered sugar

one tablespoon of corn syrup and two teaspoons of milk

so we're just going to go ahead and give that a mix together until everything is combined

once that's all mixed together, add in one drop of pink color right now

next we're going to dunk the top of our donut into the glaze

so in here I have a quart and a half of strawberry ice cream

I'm going to add in two cups of milk very carefully

this is the fun part after all your hard work we get to assemble our delicious treat
