声音简介：《哈利波特》重映，关于爱、欲望和友谊

最近《哈利波特与魔法石》时隔二十年后重映，重温了一遍发现还是有新的收获。

Probably most of you have already either watched the film or read the book. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer' s Stone brings us to the world of Hogwarts, and has taught us about love, friendship, teamwork, and desire.

1. 关于欲望

里面的能让人看到自己欲望的厄里斯墨镜或许是很多人都想拥有的东西。

The Mirror of Erised is a magical object that reflects the dreams and desires of the person who looks into it. When Harry looks at the mirror, he sees his family reflected back at him, and when Ron looks at it, he sees himself the captain and winner of the House Cup in Quidditch.

哈利波特在里面看到了逝去的父母，小可爱Ron看到了自己成为Quidditch比赛冠军后的样子。每个人都有自己很想得到的东西。但校长邓布利多却说：

It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live.

不要沉湎于虚幻的梦想, 而忘记现实的生活。

Because overblown desire is not desire, but greed. It is dangerous and can make people lose perspective on life, which is why Dumbledore advises Harry not to seek out the mirror again.

过多的欲望就变成了贪念，就像伏地魔和Dudley教授，因为想得到永生和财富而无恶不作。所以邓布利多知道只有Harry能从镜子中看到魔法石的具体位置，

Dumbledore: Only a person who wanted to find the Stone - find it, but not use it - would be able to get it.

因为 “只有当一个人真正想找到魔法石，而不是想利用它，才能得到它。”

Harry hopes to find the Stone purely to save people's lives; therefore, it appears in his pocket. Voldemort hopes to find it for its material value, and therefore would never be able to seize it.

Harry单纯地想找到魔法石去拯救人，而伏地魔只是为了自己原本不可能达到的永生。一个是可以通过努力达到的，一个只是不切实际的妄想。

2. 关于友谊和合作

Harry、Ron和Hermione的友谊真的很让人羡慕。他们三个都彼此惺惺相惜。最开始当马尔福跟Harry警告让他好好选择“对”的院校：

Draco Malfoy: You'll soon find out that some wizarding families are better than others, Potter. You don't wanna go making friends with the wrong sort. I can help you there.

“你会发现有的巫师家庭是比其他的要好的，相信我，你不会想交到错误的朋友。” 暗示他低阶层红头发的Ron不配当已是名人的Harry的朋友。

Harry却说：I think I can tell the wrong sort for myself, thanks. He knows what kind of person Ron is and is very glad to befriend him.

就像我们常说的“人以群分，物以类聚”。

——Things of a kind come together; people of a kind fall into the same group.

优秀又自信的Herminoe，在寻找魔法石最后一步的关键时刻没有强出头，而是鼓励Harry去做那个突破者。

She encourages Harry: You'll be okay, Harry. You're a great wizard. You really are.

Harry: Not as good as you.But Hermione says: Me? Books and cleverness. There are more important things: friendship and bravery.

“我只是靠着书本和小聪明。有两样更重要的东西——友谊和勇气。”

就像在棋盘山牺牲了自己为Harry闯出赛道的Ron，他们都完全地信任Harry。

J.K. Rawling says in her book, We are only as strong as we are united, as weak as we are divided.

就像JK罗琳在书本里写的——“我们只有在联合起来的时候强大，分开的时候弱小。”

They know each other’s strengths and weaknesses. Without Hermonie’s book smarts to past the devel’s snare, Harry’s Quidditch skills to catch the flying key, or Ron’s chess knowledge, they wouldn’t have been able to find the stone.

能成功找到魔法石，他们每一个人的技能都缺一不可

——Hermonie的书本知识，Harry出色的Quidditch Seeker技能和Ron的巫师棋术。

3. 关于 “家” 影片最后一幕给我留下了很深的印象。

在放圣诞假要回家的时候，Hermione对Harry说：Feels strange to be going home, doesn’t it? ——要回家了，有点奇怪，对吗？

Harry却说：I’m not going home..not really.

对我来说，其实不算回家。

Because for Harry, home is where the Hogwarts is. That’s his real home.

Harry may start out living in a house with his uncle and aunt, the evil family, but it doesn't feel like home to him.

At Hogwarts, and in Gryffindor in particular, Harry finally feels a sense of belonging and comfort. For the first time Harry finds pleasure and safety in his living space.

自小跟着常常虐待他的德思礼一家成长的Harry，虽然他们是他血缘上唯一的家人，但却丝毫没有给他“家”的感觉。

只有在Hogwarts, 一直被否认的Harry终于得到了认可，会有人对他说——You're the boy who lived.

I think it is clear that we can expect great things from you.

也有来自朋友、老师的关爱。对于Harry来说这才是真正的家。

“Home is not just a house or a city or a place; home is what happens when you're brave enough to love people.”
