A girl lives in India. She wants to meet her potential husband. People show her his photo. She goes to meet him.

一名女孩住在印度。她想见一见她的未来丈夫。人们给她看了他的照片。她去见了他。

He is not the boy from the photo. She is suspicious. She asks him to do a math problem. It is 15 plus 6. He says the wrong answer. He says 17. She refuses to marry him.

他不是照片里的人。她产生了怀疑。她让他做一道数学题。题目是15加6。他回答错误。他说是17。她拒绝嫁给他。

Her family says that he tricked them. His family says that she should marry him. A friend says that the girl was a good student. She wants her husband to be a good student. Local police help the families.

Notes:

1. potential：adj. 潜在的，可能的，也可以作名词，指“潜力，潜质”。

3. trick：v. 欺骗，“骗某人做某事”可以用trick sb. into sth./doing sth.来表达；trick也可以作名词，意为“骗局，花招”。
