[00:00.12]Bill Munck has filed suit in federal court against the Episcopal School of Dallas, angry over his son Billy's lack of playing time on the lacrosse team.
[00:09.35]He's also suing the Dallas Lacrosse Academy in an unusual case filed under RICO ¡ª the racketeering act usually used the feds going after mobsters.
[00:18.10]Munck alleges fraudulent conduct, threats, intimidation, extortion used by coaches to coerce parents into paying to get their kids playing time, with no play for those who don't pay.
[00:28.25]No comment from the school or academy. But one lacrosse player's mom thinks the suit goes too far:
