[00:00.02]The NOAA hurricane seasonal outlook for the East Coast of the U.S. is out, and it predicts:
[00:05.50]Eight to 13 storms, three to six developing to hurricane. One to two of those becoming major hurricanes. These ranges are near or below the seasonal averages.
[00:16.47]Due to el Nino impacting the Atlantic weather systems. But NOAA's Chief, Dr. Kathy Sullivan, says it doesn't really matter how many storms actually form:
