Texas investigators suspect 3 package explosions that left two dead and two others injured may be linked. This comes after 2 package bombs exploded in separate parts of Austin Monday, killing a teenager and leaving two women wounded. Ten days earlier a similar bombing killed a man elsewhere in the city.
The White House says the use of highly lethal nerve agent against a former Russian spy and his daughter is an outrage, but isn't ready to say Russia was responsible. This comes on the same day that UK's Prime Minister, Theresa May, said it is highly likely Russia was responsible. And the attack fitted a pattern of Russian aggression.
A federal official tells the Associated Press that the pilot that survived the deadly helicopter crash in New York City's East River told investigators he believed a passenger's bag might have hit an emergency fuel shutoff switch in the moments before the chopper went down.
And SpaceX CEO Elon Musk says his group is on target to send a spaceship to Mars sometime next year. Speaking in Austin over the weekend, Musk said the first interplanetary ship is being built right now and believes they will be able to do flights in the first half of 2019.
