M: I have to send in my paper. To be honest, I want to be in a different environment.
W: Did you consider your decision in a second thought?
M: Yes, (5) I don't want to be stuck in a rut. I want to move on. So after my cogitation, I have decided to resign and I have to turn in my resignation two weeks before my last day.
