Well, I think people can learn almost all sorts of things on the Internet. For example, if people don't know how to cook a dish, they can search on the Internet for the recipe; when people want to solve a math problem, they can ask the question on line. However, though the Internet can provide people with all kinds of theoretical knowledge, it can never hold people's hands and teach them how to do in practice.
