3．1 句首分流
只要看到“对于、关于、至于”放在句首，必须用分流的方法。可以用：
 with regard to
 in terms of (不要落入徐阳的境地呀，我们一共有五个选择)
 if we look at
 on the question of
 as for

e.g. 至于人民币的完全可自由兑换，也就是说在资本市场上也自由兑换，这个按照我们预定的改革进程是要往后，需要一定的时间。
With regard to when the full convertibility of RMB can be realized, that is to say the convertibility of RMB also under the capital account, according to our set schedule, that would take some time.

3．2 句尾分流

3．3 不分流

即：如果关于….后面的句子短，就不用分流了，当然对于同传来说，另当别论了，徐阳已经习惯同传的思路，所以这家伙听到“关于”，就要翻译了。。。，否则他就来不及了。。。
