第三课： 入住酒店

在第三课里，您将学习如何在酒店前台迎接客人和如何说房间号码。您需要练习诸如“I'II’，，和“we'II”等缩略语和有关方位的介词。您也会学习并练习礼貌用词或是说是和不是。这一部分包括如何为客人办理入住手续。先请您听酒店前台接待员利奥与刚抵达的客人的对话。

Jack: Hi.l'm Jack Webber.
他们两个人刚刚从墨尔本抵达酒店。在我们继续课程之前，我有一点要提醒您注意，那就是根据西方的文化习俗，在与客人面对面交流的时候您一定要直视对方的眼睛并面带微笑，否则的话西方文化背景的客人就会误以为你是不尊重他。 现在我们就开始学习，请注意听对话的内容及汉语翻译。

Leo: Good afternoon.

英语中房间号码的说法通常是先说楼层，然后是房间的号码。例如三楼十一号房间就是Room three-eleven。我们不能说Room threehundred and eleven。请注意听对话并跟着重复。
