MAX:So I've decided to take over as property manager while Clifford's in the hospital. You know an apartment can tell you a lot about its owner. And this guy is so weird. His house is so clean. His sink is spotless.

MAX1:His fruit is organized by shape and color. Sometimes I even wonder if he organizes his socks like that. You know, by color and texture or something. But obviously I'm not going to go digging into his drawers. You know my uncle's a neat freak.
