STUART: The downtown area has many treasures. But there is something missing, something right in the middle of it. And the thing that's missing is. The Linderman building is a jewel. I propose a two year twenty million renovation project that by the end of you will have the most beautiful and majestic thing in downtown LA, the Linderman Art Gallery.
