Coco: I can't with my building.

Taylor: What happened?

Coco: You know one of the main reasons why I chose this building is because of the workspace on the first floor that's specifically for artists. The building just told us that the workspace is closed for renovation and therelong it will take.

你知道我选择这个大楼的一个主要原因是一层的专门给艺术家的艺术空间。大楼刚告诉我们艺术空间要关闭装修，而且不知道要多久。

Taylor: Do you use it often？

你常去这个地方吗？

Coco: Yeah, I love that space. I go there a lot. What pissed me off is that the building charges an additional $100 per month for the use of that space which I am fine with. But residents are asked to prepay for 6 months of use. I just paid last month and now I am told that the workspace is closed. The building refused to give me back my money and said once it opens again, I can continue using it.
