Taylor Swift fans are taking her song “Shake It Off” too literally.

During her recent Eras Tour concerts in Seattle, the pop sensation whipped her devoted followers into such a frenzy that they inadvertently caused seismic activity measuring a magnitude 2.3 earthquake.

“I collected about 10 hours of data where rhythm controlled the behavior. The music, the speakers, the beat. All that energy can drive into the ground and shake it.” said seismologist Jackie Caplan-Auerbach.
