那个拥有性感嗓音的男人

that 这里表 emphasize（强调）的意思

比如：

Let's do that show! 来做节目吧！

use that core: 用那个核心（肌群）

use that brain: 用用脑子

use that voice: 用用那种嗓音

use that charm: 用用那种魅力

that 的发音也很重要：

that : 那个

用 that 形容很难言喻但我们都能明白的事情：

that + sth.

That 70's Show: 那部70年代的电视剧

That thing you do. 你做的那件事

That... of yours 通常是别人调侃你的某个东西：

that + noun + of + possessive pronouns

complain: that husband of yours （抱怨的语气：）你的那个老公啊……

02.Common phrases of "that"

今天 Adam 和 Jenny 给大家带来10个最常见的“that”小短语。

1. That's it! 够了！和 No more! 同义。

我们生气的时候可以用这个短语：

I've had enough! That's it!

我受够了！到此为止吧！

或者开会结束的时候：

That's it / I think that's about it for today.

可以了 / 今天就先到这儿吧。

2. That's ___ for you. xxx就是这样的啊。

That's Shanghai for you. 上海就是这样的啊。

That's Adam for you. Adam就是这样的啊。

That's English for you. 英语就是这样的啊。

3. leave it at that: 暂时搁置一下 (更客气）

Let's leave it at that for now. 这个先放一放。

4. this and that: 七七八八的、有的没的

不想解释太多的时候，可以用 this and that

"What did you do on weekend?"

你周末都干嘛了啊？

"You know, this and that."

也没干什么。

5. on top of that: 除此之外。和 in addition / also 同义

6. take that: 接招吧

通常在起冲突的时候用这个短语 take that

bully: 霸凌

7. just like that: 就像这样（简单）

在做完示范后可以说: Just like that!

8. What's that? 什么？/ 你说什么？

和 pardon 的用法一样，没听清的时候可以说 What's that?

9. been there, done that: 已经有经验了，不想再做了

Hawaii? Been there, done that. 夏威夷？去过了没兴趣了。

10. that will do : 结束了，和 that's it 同义（通常作为结束语）

That will do for this week. 这周的事都结束了。
