1. Scam

Scam既是动词，也是名词

名词用法：

Online scams: 网络骗局

Many online ads are actually scams: 很多网上的广告其实是骗局

Many people fall for job scams: 很多人上招聘诈骗的当

动词用法：

Scammers are absolutely despicable. They scam people out of their hard-earned money: 骗子太可恶了，骗别人辛辛苦苦赚来的钱

I almost fell for a financial scam last year: 我去年差点中了一个金融骗局

2. Con: 也是诈骗的意思，同样既是动词，也是名词。但比scam要更口语

名词：

It was an elaborate con to get the rich man to sign away all his wealth: 这是一个精心设计的骗局，让那个有钱人把财富都转了出去

动词：

Can’t believe I was conned by someone I trusted: 真不敢相信我被自己信任的人骗了

Con artist: 骗子，虽然含有artist(艺术家）这个词，但con artist绝对是贬义词

3. Fraud: 诈骗, 是名词，不是动词

Financial fraud: 金融诈骗

Fraudulent credit card charges: 盗刷信用卡

Cheat: 除了骗，还有作弊的意思，也常用来形容情感不忠。是动词，不是名词。说到诈骗，上述的几个词更加对应

Cheat on exams: 考试作弊

I was cheated on in my last relationship: 我上一段感情被骗了

1. Phishing Scams: 钓鱼诈骗。Phishing来自fishing，但形容骗局时拼写是phishing

Phishing scams involve fraudulent emails, messages, or websites that appear legitimate, aiming to trick individuals into providing personal information such as passwords, credit card numbers, or Social Security numbers: 网络钓鱼诈骗通常是通过看似合法的欺诈性电子邮件、信息或网站来引人上钩。目的是诱骗个人提供密码、信用卡号或社会安全号等个人信息。

2. Tech Support Scams: 技术支持诈骗

Scammers pose as technical support representatives from well-known companies and claim that there are issues with the victim's computer. They may ask for remote access to the computer and then steal personal information or demand payment for unnecessary services: 骗子冒充知名公司的技术支持代表，声称受害者的电脑出了问题。他们可能会要求远程访问计算机，然后窃取个人信息或要求支付不必要的服务费用。

3. Online Shopping Scams: 网购诈骗

These scams involve fake websites or listings that offer products at unusually low prices, but the products are never delivered, or they are counterfeit: 这些骗局涉及以异常低廉的价格提供产品的虚假网站或列表，但最后产品从未发出，或者是假冒的。.

4. Investment Scams:金融诈骗

Scammers offer fake investment opportunities promising high returns with little risk. They often use online platforms and social media to reach a large audience quickly: 骗子提供虚假的投资机会，承诺高回报、低风险。常利用网络平台和社交媒体迅速接触大量受众。

Ponzi scheme: 庞氏骗局

Pyramid scheme: 金字塔骗局

Pump and dump: 拉高出货。骗子事先买进股票或虚拟货币，然后大力吹捧，推高股价，然后高位抛出获暴利

5. Romance Scams: 爱情诈骗

Scammers create fake profiles on dating sites and social media to form romantic relationships with unsuspecting victims. Once trust is built, they request money for various fabricated reasons: 骗子在交友网站和社交媒体上创建虚假的个人资料，与毫无戒心的受害者建立恋爱关系。一旦建立信任，就会以各种捏造的理由索要钱财
