Common Accidents
Children
Burns:
Children can be easily burnt by stoves,lamps,
matches, cigarettes,or hot soup as well as hot
water when taking a bath.
Head injuries:
Young children might fall from high chairs,
beds or stairs and get a head injury.
Choking:
Young children like putting things in their
mouths or noses and they might choke,
on food or other objects.
Teenagers
Sports injuries:
Teenagers like playing basketball, soccer,
and other sports.
They can easily break a bone
or get other sports injuries.
Road accidents:
Teenagers are much less likely to use seat
belts than other age groups
when they are in cars.
When road accidents happen,
they are likely to get hurt.
Drugs:
Nowadays, more and more teenagers use drugs.
This causes many problems to their bodies.
Elderly people
Falls: As people get older,
they can lose control of
their balance very easily.
It's very likely for elderly people to fall
when they are walking on stairs.
Heart attacks:
Elderly people are easy to get a heart attack
when they are too excited or angry.
