Jane Fonda on Her Role in 'This Is Where I Leave You'
The legendary actress leads a star-studded cast playing a newly widowed mother.
This is where i leave you today open across the country, jane finally has been authored cast Cook Catney met up with her to talk about it your father has one final request and we’re going to honour it.
why did you wanna play this part so much?
well you know i’m 76 years’ old and you don’t find parts for older woman very often that are this good.
for the next 7 days, you are all my children again.
in the film, Fonda’s character is mother Hand and hostess to her dysfunctional offspring, Tina Stay, Jason Betmen, Adam Dryer and Cawrey Stog, who gathered to mark the passing of their father.
your four children are taken aback by a certain change of your appearances.
She had boob job, and you know, like a lot of women, she goes a little too far can you please, close your robe please. cover it.
This is breast, Doug does it ,does it, you got biologic breast now.
what did you have to wear in order to play that?
you know i hate to talk about it because i want people to think that they are mine. these were very great prop stations that made me fake boobs that look very real. but if they are real, they would pull me over.
you made Jason Betmen cry in the film.
Jason made me cry. and Tina made me cry, i didn’t know Tina could made me cry. Jason got this easiest eyes to look into, you know, not every actor does. but there are some actors that have eyes that you can fall into. and he has them . and he moves me a lot.
what’s it like to be kinda of mentoring role now for some of these young performers.
i didn’t see myself as a mentor, but enough other people told me so, so i guess i am. I was close to Betti Davis, Bob Standford, and why didn’t i ask them endless questions, what do you do when you are nervous, how do you overcome, and i didn’t. you know the only person that ever asked me those kind of questions. and of course it would be her Millow Strip,
