When a task becomes routine, brain activity decreases and becomes sluggish. So, change your morning routine to prevent stagnation. Try watching TV while making coffee or taking your dog for a walk before work.
当一项任务变成例行公事时,大脑活动就会减少,变得迟钝。所以,改变你的晨间习惯,避免停滞不前。试着在煮咖啡的时候看电视,或者在工作前带着你的狗去散步。
Change seats at the table

Everyone knew that there was a familiar seat in the corner of the table. But sitting on the same chair over and over again is not really good for your brain because it does not benefit from new experiences. So the next time you get to the table, try changing your seating arrangement and changing the way you use things and tools such as spoons and chopsticks.
每个人都知道在桌子的角落有一个熟悉的座位。但是一遍又一遍的坐在同一把椅子上对你的大脑并没有什么好处,因为它不会从新的经历中受益。所以,下次你就座的时候,试着改变你的座位安排,改变你使用东西和工具的方式,比如勺子和筷子。
