Flop: In Dirt, Courteney Cox played a role completely different to her Friends character Monica, but the show was cancelled over poor ratings. Before signing up last year to another sitcom called Cougar Town, things had become so bad careerwise that Miss Cox applied for a license to work as an estate agent.
