Chinese billionaire entrepreneur Jack Ma revealed that one of his secrets to running a successful company is hiring lots of women.
中国亿万富翁企业家马云近日透露了自己的成功秘诀，其中之一即公司要想成功就要多聘请女性员工。
Using his own company and success rate as an example, Jack Ma said that 47% of his employees and 32% of the top board members are females, according to Sinchew.
据《星洲日报》报道，马云拿自己公司和成功率统计举例，提到他的公司女性员工占到了47%，而32%的高层都是女性。
"If you want your company to be successful, then you should hire female workers!" Alibaba's CEO said. "Women think about others more than themselves."
阿里巴巴的CEO说道：“如果想让你的公司成功，就请多聘请女性吧！因为女性独有的体贴令她们更多是为他人着想，而不是只考虑自己。”
Ma said that the reason behind this is a woman's emotional intelligence which allows them to be more thoughtful about their jobs and roles. This is in comparison to some men who are very straightforward with what they want to get from a job which is usually a raise or a promotion.
马云还提到，自己这样认为的原因在于女性的情商会使得她们更加体贴，能为工作和自己在家庭中的角色做出相应改变。相比之下，男性员工则比较直接，他们只在乎自己是否能够升职加薪。
The business mogul also advised employers to give chances to newbies and don't always go for the "big shots" otherwise, all of the company's money will just end up being used.
此外，这位商业大亨还建议雇主要适当给年轻人一些机会，不要总是想着花大钱请所谓的大人物前来任职。否则，这样做很可能会使你公司的钱早早花光。
And for the younger generation, his suggestion is simple: "Young man, today is the day you start making changes. Now is the era of internet revolution, the effort you put in now will decide how you will live in the next 50 years."
对于当下这一代年轻人，他的建议很简单：年轻人，从现在起你就要开始改变，现在是网络革命年代，你现在付诸的努力将决定你往后50年的生活状况。”
