小贴士:写电子邮件的注意点
开头因与个人、名单、对象的关系等而有差异,给个人或者朋友的邮件一般不写Dear,直接用John、Tom、Rob、Scott等名字。
给商业或者第一次通讯的对象与书信相同,在Dear后写姓,如Dear Mr.Green等等。写全名更有礼貌!
