When Dale came running in out of the blue he yelled at several people to get out of the way!
当戴尔出乎意外地跑进来时，他对几个人直喊别挡路！
It was obvious that he was out of sorts，so they complied.
很显然他心情不好，所以他们就乖乖地听了他的。
Then, when he came up to us, he stopped to catch his breath. He was all out of steam from running so far!
等到他来到我们面前，他便停下来喘气。 跑那么快，他整个儿人都精疲力竭了！
"The book is out of stock! So I ran to another bookstore and they told me it was also out of print! What are we going to do?"
"这本书已经脱销了！所以我跑到另外一家书店，他们也告诉我已经脱销了！我们准备怎么办？"
"Are you so out of shape that you can't run a bit, Dale?" Martha said to him.
"你身体不好到一点儿都不能跑吗，戴尔？"玛莎对他说道。
"Are you out of your mind to tease me about that? This is serious, Martha!
"这样取笑我你疯了吗？这事儿很严重的，玛莎！
We have to have that book to study for the test!"
要准备考试我们就得有那本书！"
"Since when are they out of textbooks at this university?
"这所大学是从什么时候开始没有这种课本的？
That's really poor planning on their part! And therefore not our fault!"

"Oh my goodness! Now I remember Professor Lewis saying something about this last month.

He said that if we didn't buy the book that week we would be out of luck for the rest of the semester!"
他说如果那个星期我们没买那本书，剩下的这个学期我们都会运气不好的！"
Their faces all dropped! "Okay, okay. Let's not let this thing get out of proportion!
他们的脸都沉了下来！"好啦，好啦。别让这件事过于影响我们！
First, we need to find someone else who has the book and then we can photocopy it!"
首先，我们需要找个有这本书的人，然后我们可以复印！"
"The photocopy machine is out of order!" "Then we'll go to Kinko's!"
"复印机坏了! " "那我们去金科店！"
When they found someone with the book they all relaxed and cleaned up the things that were out of place!
等到找到有那本书的人，他们都松了一口气，接着就把那些不合适的事情处理完了。
"Whew! I was almost out of my senses there for a while!" Dale said.
"哎，那会儿我差点要疯了！"戴尔说。
"Thank goodness, it's over! Now we can put the whole thing out of sight and out of mind!"
"谢天谢地总算过去了！现在我们可以对这件事眼不见心不烦啦！"
