Tymoshenko stressed on Tuesday there is no money in the cabinet reserve fund to finance these elections.
President Viktor Yushchenko and Tymoshenko's wrangle over whether elections will be held on December 7th has now turned to the courts.
Last week, Yushchenko dissolved parliament and called early elections. But Tymoshenko has appealed to a Kiev court to block election preparations.
Over the weekend, the court agreed with Tymoshenko and froze preparations. And on Monday, Yushchenko responded by having the court abolished.
