The doctor replied, " Try coming home at four in the morning!"

我要怎么帮她恢复呢？

"get..back"是“使…回到原来状态”的意思，也可以指“送某人回某处”，如：He got her back holeL他送她回饭店。

3. The doctor replied, " Try coming home at four in the morning!"

医生回答说：“试试看，在凌晨4点回家！”

"try + to + v."，表示“试著努力去完成某件亊情"；而"try + v.-ing"，表示“试着去做某件事”，没有努力的意思，只是纯粹试试看。

这真是个好办法，因为在那种情况下，妻子的潜能被激发了，想必这个医生也有过相同的经历，曾经因凌晨回家而被妻子怒斥。
