squeeze sth (out of / from sth) | ~ sth (out)
(从某物中)榨出,挤出,拧出:
He took off his wet clothes and squeezed the water out.
他脱下湿衣服,拧干了水。

be intolerable
无法忍受的；不能容忍的；完全不可接受的
The heat was intolerable.
炎热让人受不了。

seek sb's counsel
请示过(尤指年长者或专家的)劝告,忠告,建议:
Listen to the counsel of your elders after seeking their's counsel.
要听从长辈的忠告。

necessity (for sth) | ~ (of sth / of doing sth) | ~ (to do sth)
必然；必要；需要:
We recognize the necessity for a written agreement.
我们认为有必要签订一份书面协议。

take advantage of sth / sb
利用；利用(机会):
She took advantage of the children's absence to tidy their rooms.
