I'm excited to show all of you how to make these cute rainbow candy shot glasses.

I know that many of you love rainbow projects and I totally get why.

These are so fun and cheerful.

They're perfect for any time and they're relatively simple to make,

but I have a few tips and tricks that are going to make it even easier.

First, you're going to want to pick up one of the silicone shot glass molds.

I love this mold because it's so versatile.
我喜欢这个模具因为它是万能的。
You can put it in the oven, the fridge, the freezer and it's dishwasher safe,
你可以把它放进烤箱、冰箱、冷藏室，也可以用洗碗机清洗，
which is always a bonus for me.

To get started, I'm going to take one of our edible food writers and I'm actually going to mark the outsides of the mold,

so that when I'm filling this with candy, I have relatively even layers of each color.

We're going to want to have these about a half inch apart.

Now that I've marked my mold, I'm ready to start filling these.

I have melted down red candy melts because that's what we're going to start with first and we're going to fill that up to the first line.

Now, one tip here, after you cut off the end of your decorating bag,

I found that it was easy to move the center piece around as I was filling this

because you may have some difficulty with the bag reaching all the way to the bottom.

So just pull the center piece towards you and fill about three quarters of the way on the bottom.

My red layer is done.

I'm going to level everything out once more and just want to remind you to pinch the moldfrom the center.

It's just more supportive than holding it from the sides.

And if you wanna go in there and clean up any candy that may have gotten on the walls,

just use a cotton swab and you can get right in there and clean up whatever you need to.

So now we're going to repeat that with the remaining colors.

I recommend to let each color set just a bit before you move on to the next one,

that'll prevent the colors from bleeding in to one another.
这样可以防止颜色之间的相互浸染。
By the time you've made it to the last cavity in the mold,
制作到模具中最后一个凹槽时，
your first one has probably firmed up just enough that you can go ahead and get started.
第一个凹槽应该已经凝固了，然后就可以继续下一种颜色了。
And then by the time you get to the end, you'll be good to move on to the next color.
最后快完成了，可以开始制作下一层了。
Now that these are all filled, I'm going to pop in the freezer.
现在所有的颜色都填了，把这个模具放进冷藏室。
Okay, I just took the mold out of the freezer and I'm really excited to see how these turned out.

I think I did a pretty good job, they look pretty even.

That looks really, really good. I'm impressed.

These rainbow candy shot glasses turned out great.

There's a number of different things you can do with them,

the most obvious of course is filling them with an adult beverage of your choice,

but you could also fill these guys with whipped cream or pudding and serve them as a fun treat.

I've seen you guys do a number of creative things with this shot glass mold.

Make chocolate chip cookie shooters out of them.

Melt down candy or peppermints.
融化糖果和薄荷糖。
