Eat every 3 to 3.5 hours 每隔3-3.5小时进食一次
如果7点吃早饭,那么10:00或10:30左右就应该再喂肚子啦
It doesn't have to be a whole meal [正式的一餐]. A snack [零食、小吃] will do.
