当有人对你说：How old are you？对方多半是觉得你很荒谬。
意思是：你多大了？还那么幼稚！还做这种事/说这种话！
后边还可以接一句话：
Act your age.=别总是孩子气（举止成熟点）
例：
A: I can ask my mom for money.
我可以向我妈妈要钱。
B: How old are you? You've graduated for years.
你多大了（还找你妈要钱）？你已经毕业很多年了。
PS：如果是问小孩子多大了，还是可以用How old are you的。
如何礼貌地问别人年龄和回答？
1. Would you mind telling me your age?
你介意告诉我你的年龄吗？
2. Which year were you born?
你是哪年出生的？
回答的时候可以说：
“I was born in+具体年份”
例：
A: Which year were you born?
你是哪年出生的。
B: I was born in 1995.
我95年出生的。
