原因有三点。第一,我在公司的人事行政部门任职两年,对HR的工作有一定的认识。第二,我对自己进行了HR课程的系统培训。第三,我在担任销售总监秘书的一年当中,对公司其它部分的工作流程有了更为深入的了解,同时继续参与HR的工作。我认为我完全可以胜任这个职位。
