Lesson 04 Dialogue Meeting Preparations
Larry: Jon, we should be well-prepared for the meeting tomorrow morning. Would it be possible for you to take the lead on the meeting planning?
Jon: Sure. What should be my focus this time? Am I going to be working on a team?
Larry: Yes, you'll get assistance from Rick. By the way, is Rick late again this morning?
Jon: Speak of the devil. (Rick just walks in the door.)
Rick: Hey, sorry I'm late. You wouldn't believe the traffic! What have you guys been talking about?
Larry: Well, we've been working on tomorrow's meeting agenda. I have another meeting scheduled for tomorrow morning.
I can't walk you through every detail this time, but I'll try to carry you through the highlights.
Jon: Then, can you identify our minimum requirements before we get started?
Larry: I'll let you know after getting Ted on the horn for some updates.
Why don't you focus on the third quarter first because we at least expect things to pick back up in the third quarter?
Jon: I'll do the math and see if it is feasible.
Larry: Great. Please let me know by the end of today. Don't fret over every small detail. We don't have time for it.
