Jack: Hello. Can you put me through to Rich Remy, please?
Lisa: I'm sorry. He's not at his desk at the moment.
Jack: Do you know when he'll be back?
Lisa: He should be back by 1:00. Would you like to leave a message for him?
Jack: Yes. Do you have a pen handy?
Lisa: Hold on a moment. Okay, go ahead.
Jack: Could you tell him the business cards are ready for pick-up? To my knowledge, he wanted us to get it done by this afternoon.
Lisa: Certainly. Can I have your name, please?
Jack: My name is Jack Orsillo. I'm with Kentlaw Printers. Also, could you have him call me when he has a spare moment? I need to discuss the billing details.
Lisa: Does he have your number?
Jack: I think so, but I better give it to you, just to be sure. It's 801-226-2422.
Lisa: All right, Mr. Orsillo. I'll have him call you when he gets back in the office.
