Tiger Woods’ game isn’t up to par, that’s why the 14-time major champ says he is withdrawing from this weekend’s Safeway Open in California, as well as the European tour’s Turkish Airlines Open next month.
In a post on his website, Woods says his health is good, but his game is vulnerable and not where it needs to be, so he’s not yet ready to play.
It’s been 14 months since Woods last competed on the PGA Tour due to back surgery, more than three years since the last of his 79 tournament victories.
