American officials have long warned the technology used for putting satellites into space is the same used for a nuclear missile capable of hitting the United States.
This news comes on the same day the U.S. military said it failed to shoot-down a ballistic missile using an interceptor missile fired from a U.S. warship. A previous test in February was successful.
