A second earthquake in just over a week has killed at least 18 people in Papua New Guinea South's Highlands. According to an official, the 6.7 magnitude tremor struck very early Wednesday morning. It's epicenter about 30 kilometers southwest of last week stronger quake which killed at least 55. The government and aid agencies are said to be working around the clock to provide emergency supplies to the remote region.
