For the U.S., it's David Malpass, the Treasury undersecretary for international affairs. Meanwhile, China's commerce ministry reaffirmed its tens of opposing unilateralism and trade protectionism and not accepting any forms of unilateral restrictive trade measures and also said China welcomes dialogue in communication on the basis of reciprocity, equality and integrity.
