Chinese frozen-food producer Sanquan is recalling products that may have been contaminated with African swine fever. But it issued an apology and says it is cooperating with investigators. Well this came after Authority the Northwest China's Gansu Province confirmed the virus was found in Sanquan’s pork products. Last week what appeared to be a leaked food inspection report from Gansu surfaced online showing sample tests on pork products from 11 producers including Sanquan. All had positive results from the African swine fever. Similar problems have been reported in Hunan province. Sanquan is China's biggest frozen food producer by market share.
