Miami-Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava said Saturday rescuers are using infrared technology, water and foam to battle the blaze, whose source is unclear.
A statue of George Floyd that was unveiled in New York on Juneteenth by Floyd's brother was vandalized early Thursday. Black spray paint was smeared on the face of the statue and over the inscription on the base. Police are investigating the incident as a hate crime.
