One day a poor farmer was taking a bag of rice to a town.
一天，一个贫穷的农夫带着一袋大米去镇上。
Suddenly the bag fell from his horse on the road.
突然，袋子从他的马上掉了下来。
He didn't know what to do because it was too heavy for him to lift by himself.
他不知道该怎么办，因为它太重了，他自己搬不起来。
Just at that moment, a man riding a horse came up to him.
就在这时，一个骑着马的人来到他面前。
It was the great man who lived near his home.
是住在他家附近的伟人。
But the farmer was very disappointed when he saw the great man.
但当农夫看到伟人时却感到非常失望。
The farmer wanted to ask another farmer or a poor man for a help.
农夫本来希望向其他农民或一个穷人寻求帮助。
But to his surprise, the great man got off his horse as soon as he came nearer.
但令他吃惊的是，男人一走近就立刻下了马。
Then he helped the farmer lift the bag together and put it on the horse.
然后，他帮助农民举起袋子，并把它放在马上。
"Sir," asked the farmer, "how can I thank you?"
“先生”，农夫问，“我怎么谢谢你呢？”
"It's quite easy," the great man answered with a smile.
“很容易”，男人微笑着回答。
"Wherever you see anyone else in trouble, give him a hand!"
“无论你在哪里看到有人遇到麻烦，帮助他！”
