谈论工作经验是表现自己是该职位合适人选的良机，可以运用事例说明自己的工作经验和成就，如曾经一手成立了新部门、新系统、找到新客户等。不过，切记答案要言简意赅，不要长篇大论。至于没有或工作经验很少的毕业生，可将一些在学校生活学到的东西联系到申请的工作上。例如，上学时曾经当过学生会主席便可以用实例证明自己有领导才能。
