第一招：忽略
关键句：Do not include salary requirements.

I expect a salary commensurate with my experience and the job's demands.

第二招：转移目标
关键句：What is important is not what I'm making but my skills.

What are you currently making？（你目前拿多少钱？）
What I'm making is not important. What is important is whether or not my skills are what you need, and I'm confident that the range will be fair.

关键句：Get the employer to say a number first.
