A: Good morning, sir. What can I do for you?
B: I’m Jack. I’m in Room 605. Can you change the room for me? It’s too noisy. I was woken up several times by the noise of the elevator during the night. It was too much for me.
A: I’m awfully sorry, sir. Room 605 is just at the door of the elevator. It’s impossible that the noise is heard early in the morning.
B: Any how, I’d like to change my room.
A: No problem, sir. We’ll manage it, but we don’t have any spare room today. Could you wait till tomorrow? Some guests will be leaving tomorrow morning. There’ll be some rooms for you to choose from.
B: That’s fine. I hope I’ll be able to enjoy my stay in a quiet room tomorrow evening and have a sound sleep.
A: That’s for sure. I’ll make a note of that. Everything will be taken care of. And if there is anything more you need, please let us know.
B: OK.
