leave out 省略
【讲解】
leave sth./sb. out表示“省略，遗漏”此语还可用作leave sb./sth. out off sth.“从某事中将某人或某物排除掉”。此语用以形容—个人感情上受冷落，未得重视时，往往与be或fee搭配。例如：He felt a little left out.（他觉得有点受冷落。）
【对话】
A:I didn't finish today's test paper.
A:我今天没答完卷。
B:Neither did I. I simply left out some questions.
B:我也没有，硬是把几道题给漏了。
A:I had no time to do the last two questions.
A:我没时间做最后两道题了。
B:I'm pretty sure I'll fail.
B:肯定不及格了。
A:Let's forget about it and prepare for other tests.
A:算了，还是准备其他考试吧。
B:All right.
