1. Don't be scared. He's just crying wolf again.
“狼来了”的故事大家一定都听说过。Cry wolf这个词就是源于《伊索寓言》中的故事：一个牧童常喊“狼来了！”使邻人惊慌而自己从中取乐，后来狼果然来了，但是没有人相信他的呼喊，于是他的羊群全部被狼咬死了。日常生活中，人们用这个词形容那些发出假警报欺骗他人的行为。If you cry wolf too often, people will stop believing that you need help 如果你常喊“狼来了”，人们便不会再相信你需要帮助。

2. I didn't mean to freak out everybody with the bad news.
Mean to do在这里是：“故意做某事”的意思，freak out这个词组经常会用到，You freak me out!这句话是说：你吓死我了!所以freak out就是make sb. scared/shocked-吓人，使震惊。I didn't mean to freak out everybody with the bad news. 我不是故意用坏消息吓唬大家的。Don't freak out, it's not the end of the world. 别害怕，还没到世界末日呢。这里的freak out就是害怕的意思。

3. Please wait a minute, I'll go with you out of hand.
请等一下，我立即跟你走。前半句是说请等一下，minute就是分钟的意思，wait a minute请等一会儿。我会马上跟你走的，这里的马上用到的是out of hand，除此之外，“马上、立即”还有right away, at once等等。Out of hand还有一个意思就是无法控制。The pollution is out of hand and becomes very dangerous. 污染失去控制，十分危险。
