Sam: Is it always crowded on weekends?
Tom: Well, it's crowded every day, even you come here on Monday. It's normal that you get a table number and wait for more than half an hour.
Sam: Wow, unbelievable.
Tom: Well, shall we make full use of time? We could order our meals now.
Sam: Good idea. Tom, is this pudding? I thought it's a sausage.
Tom: Oh, yes. Black pudding is a dark sausage filled with animal blood which is cooked with meat, barley, oats and something like that.
Sam: But why is it called pudding?
Tom: I think it might be that the blood sausage looks like pudding on the first sight.
Sam: Oh, I see. I'll try this.
