Ashley: Thank you. Wow, it has a poached egg in it. Like the moon in the sky, isn't it?

Mr. Williams: Yes. This udon means moon viewing noodles literally. It's a typical noodle for the mid-autumn day. We usually have it around the end of September or early October.
威廉先生：是呀。这款乌冬面的字面意思就是看见月亮的面条，是中秋节的经典美食。我们常常在九月末或是十月初食用。
Ashley: So, does the egg symbolize the harvest moon?
阿什利：这么说，这个鸡蛋就象征着满月咯？
Mrs. Williams: You've got it! Tsukimi udon expresses our sincere wish of reunion and harvest. Try it. We also wish you all the best with your study in Japan.
